The Habit of Attraction.
The Habit of Attraction is the conscious practice of directing your energy toward what you want to create or experience in your life.
Your thoughts, words, feelings and actions are constantly generating energy. When those four forces are aligned with each other — and with the experience you desire — you begin consistently moving energy in the same direction.
The habit is the consistency.

First, know what you want.
Attraction begins with clarity. You need a destination — an experience, result, relationship, opportunity or way of living that you genuinely want to create.
You cannot align your energy with a destination you haven't chosen.
Your list gives the desire a name. The Habit of Attraction gives it your energy.
It's all in the energy.
Everything you think, say, feel and do contributes energy toward — or away from — what you want.
Thoughts
What am I consistently thinking about this desire? Are my thoughts reinforcing possibility, or contradicting what I say I want?
Words
What am I saying — to myself and to others? My language should reinforce the direction I have chosen rather than work against it.
Feelings
What emotional energy am I bringing to this desire? How would it feel to experience what I want?
Actions
What am I actually doing? Aligned energy includes behavior. My actions should move in the same direction as my thoughts, words, and feelings.
When your thoughts, words, feelings and actions are in conflict, your energy is in conflict.
When they align around the same desire, you create momentum in one direction.
Alignment once isn't the practice.
Alignment consistently is.
The Habit of Attraction is not something you think about once and forget. The habit is intentionally returning your energy to what you want — day after day.
We use simple energy-activating tools to bring attention back to the desire, align thoughts, words, feelings and actions, and notice when something has drifted out of alignment.
- FocusBring attention back to the desire.
- AlignCheck thoughts, words, feelings, and actions.
- ActTake one step in that same direction.

A daily rhythm for staying aligned — not a separate five-step system.
Tools that bring your energy back into alignment.
The practice uses simple exercises to return attention to the desire. These are the kinds of tools the method is built around.
Visualize it
Put yourself mentally and emotionally inside the experience you want.
Speak it
Use words that reinforce the direction you've chosen.
Feel it
Connect with the emotional experience of already moving toward it.
Act on it
Take an aligned action that reinforces your intention.
Notice it
Pay attention to opportunities, people, ideas, and circumstances appearing around the desire.
Realign
Notice when a thought, word, feeling, or action conflicts with the direction you chose — and consciously redirect it.
Your list says what.
The Habit of Attraction changes how you move toward it.
